Privacy policy

BOGI SPORT klub, z.s. and BOGI SPORT Ústí nad Labem klub, z.s. are the owners and administrators of the content on the www.bogi-sport.cz website. To deliver our services and operate the website, we process several personal data.

Personal data processing policy

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

A. Processing of personal data from contact forms

If you enquire about our products or services or information about them, we will work with the data you provide to us via the contact (enquiry) form. These are:

  • Name and surname
  • E-mail address
  • Postal address and telephone number
  • Name, surname and date of birth of the child
  • Information on the subject of your enquiry

For what reason

We will contact you through them for further action on the provision of products and services.

This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiating a contract or carrying out pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long will we process personal data

Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 48 months from our last communication.

B. Personal data processing in case of contract conclusion

If you become our customer on the basis of a written or oral contract for the purchase or provision of services, we will work with the data you provide to us. These are:

  • Name and surname
  • E-mail address
  • Postal address and telephone number
  • Name, surname, date of birth and child’s ID number
  • Information on the subject of the contract and your preferences
  • Billing and similar information required for the contract
  • Other information necessary for the contract

For what reason

We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract – to deliver goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via your contact details regarding the status of your order, or in relation to complaints or questions you may have.

We will also process personal data to fulfil our obligations under the law (in particular for accounting and tax purposes, or to deal with complaints and other matters).

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – performance of our legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data

In the case of a contract for the supply of goods or services, we will process your data for the duration of the performance of our service and thereafter for a maximum of 5 years from the last provision of such service or supply of goods.

C. Personal data processing in BOGI SPORT application

The BOGI SPORT klub, z.s. and the BOGI SPORT Ústí nad Labem klub, z.s. created the BOGI SPORT mobile application as a free application. This service is provided at no cost and is intended to be used as is. In order to use our service, the app may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

  • First and last name
  • Date of birth of the child
  • Location (city only)

The application uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you. For more information, please see the privacy policies of the third-party service providers used by the application:

  • Google Play Services
  • Google Analytics for Firebase

The application uses log data to improve app performance and usage. This log data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, application configuration when using our service, time and date of service usage, and other statistics.

Who gets access to the data

Your data will stay with us. However, there are some companies or other people who work for us who get access to the data because they help us run our website. These are:

In addition to the above mentioned processors, we will provide personal data to third parties only if required by law or in response to legal requirements of public authorities or at the request of a court in legal disputes.

We process personal data only within the European Union.

Measures for data protection

We use a secure information system that provides personal data with security appropriate to the state of the art, cost, nature, scope and purposes of the processing. All employees and contract processors who have access to personal data are bound by confidentiality and must respect the security principles.

We do not have a designated Data Protection Officer in our organisation. Our organisation does not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.

Your rights regarding personal data

The GDPR gives you the right, among other things, to contact us to ask us for information about what personal data we process about you, to request access to that data and to have it updated or corrected, to request a restriction on processing, to request a copy of the personal data we process, to request erasure of personal data and, in certain cases, to have your personal data portable.

You can object to processing on the basis of legitimate interest.

If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or take your claims to court.

This privacy policy takes effect from 1 December 2022.

Use of cookies

Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information that are stored on your device when you visit our website. Cookies are sent back to the web server that recognises them on each subsequent visit.
