Trainers
Our instructors are not only experienced in the principles of physical education and methods of sports skills development, but especially in pedagogical work. They enjoy playing sports with children, understand their needs and can get your children really excited and motivated about sport.

Bc. Lenka Svobodová
Floorball has been my hobby for 10 years and I trained small floorball players for 3 years. I like to pass on these experiences to the young future talents attending our BOGI trainings. I enjoy working with children and I want to continue working with them in the future. That’s why I’m studying in Ústí nad Labem at the University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně in the third year of the dual majors of Physical Education and Geography, and from September I will continue my master’s degree in teaching.
I also like to swim, ride a bike or travel.
Jana Kašparová
My name is Jana Kašparová, I’m 21 years old, and I come from Cheb. I’ve been playing handball since childhood, which led me here to Most, where I became part of 🤾♀️ the Černí Andělé team and spent several seasons in the A-team. Due to work commitments, I had to end my journey with the club. Now, I work as a 👩⚕️ nurse and, in my free time, I still play handball—though now only at a semi-professional level—and I also coach.
Since sports have always been a part of my life, I want to share my experience with our future little athletes and help them find 🏀⚽🏓🤾♂️ THE perfect sport for them—one that will fulfill them throughout their lives and give them valuable life lessons.
Tomáš Rain
I’ve been playing ⚽ football since childhood. From 2007 to 2022, I worked as a coach at FK Baník Most, FK Junior Teplice, MFK, and FK Baník Most-Souš. I also participated in a coaching internship in Spain with UD Levante. I hold a UEFA B Coaching License and a First Aid Certificate. Since 2013, I have been a regular coach at Luděk Zelenka’s summer football camp.
I am passionate about developing children and young athletes. I believe in fun-based training through various games because a child who enjoys training and is properly motivated learns and improves faster 🧒💪
David Duchek
Hi, I’ve been involved in football since a young age, first I tried it in the field as a right defender, but I only found myself in the position of goalkeeper. Around the age of 20, I found a liking for small football, or futsal, which I persisted in until I was about 35 years old.
I began to miss big football, so in 2016 I decided to train the younger team at the MFK Most club, then I coached the older team and younger students, and I am currently training the younger team in Most in 2015.
I graduated with a C coaching license and currently have studies in progress for a B license. I have a first aid and health science course. I really enjoy working with children and it makes me very happy when they also enjoy training and I am even more happy when I see how they improve in various skills. It’s simply work that makes sense and fulfills me.

Now I work as a professional soldier, where I have gained additional experience in the field of health science (CLS-combat life saver course and S.E.R.E. course), as well as in the field of e.g. martial arts. I am a positive person who enjoys fun and laughter. My favourite sports are football, cycling, fitness, skiing.
What I like about BOGI SPORT is its versatility. Kids get to try a really big variety of sports here. I have a very positive relationship with children, I have a 12-year-old son myself.
